Bylaw of shopping in SystemBank company.
 

1. All prices in a price-list contain VAT.

2. We sell only new goods with warranty, which we import.

3. The informations about our products are reliable and proven, we are not responsibility for changes bring in by manufacturers and eventual mistakes in descriptions of products.
 

THE ORDERS

1. You can order the goods:

• by phone: tel/fax. (0048) 65 512 06 03

2. Prices, which are in order, force a customer and the seller of SystemBank.

3. Necessary condition to realise the order is to write us phone number or email. Our operator will contact with you while 24 hours, to make a verification of a person, who ordered something. We do not realize the orders, which were not confirmed.

4. When we import an abnormal good for individual order we take cash advance.

5. Immediately time to realise the order. In case of lack of ordered goods In our warehouse the time of implementation can be longer. We inform a customer about time of implementation.

6. Shopping proof (invoice or ticket) we put into the shipment and it is a security for the buyed goods.
 

SENDING

1. We send our goods by priority post, Wa-wa courier services, Pocztex or on request other form of sending.

2. Buyer will pay for any other form of delivery goods.

ON ACCOUNT PAYMENT

1. Shipping by Polish Post as a priority letter after payment on "SystemBank" account. The customer should pay additionally 5 EURO more (for letters below 2kg) on "SystemBank" account for costs of shipment.

2. For the parcels, which have weight higher than 2kg, the costs of shipment will be changed.
 

Warranty conditions

1. We give the warranty on 24 months since the date of sale. Revealed in this time material and performance defects will be delete by person who, give you warranty.

2. While 24 months and after from the date of sale a customer is obligor to deliver complaint goods directly to authorized service point of Systembank. The costs of deliver and receive the goods in that time defray a customer.

3. While warranty time, in case of reasonable complaint we give back the costs of shipment.

4. The deadline of repair is 14 days from the date of receive the good to service point.

5. In case of need to send the good to manufacturer, the deadline of repair is 21 days from the date of receive good to service point.The deadline can be longer.

6. Warranty repair do not include damage which result from improper or dissonant use and store devices or allied perils for which seller and manufacturer do not answer.

7. Customer lost every warranty in case when he tries to repair himself.

8. The rights and obligations from warranty are in art.577-582 KC and RRM from 30.05.1995.

9. Making any corrections on warranty card by unauthorized people can lead to lost of warranty rights.
